Boschwitz, niedersorbisch Bóšac, war zum Zeitpunkt seines Abbruchs im Jahr 1960 ein Ortsteil von Groß Beuchow. Es fiel dem Tagebau Schlabendorf-Nord zum Opfer. Die Anzahl der umgesiedelten Personen ist nicht bekannt.
