Ilgesheim ist eine Wüstung auf dem Truppenübungsplatz Baumholder in Rheinland-Pfalz. Das Dorf wurde, nachdem es 1933 noch 227 Einwohner hatte, in den folgenden Jahren bis 1938 aufgegeben.
